BHUTTO MURDERED FOR REBUILDING PAKISTAN

It had been confirmed that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was murdered using the superior courts of Pakistan as weapons of murder and some senior most judges had confirmed that it was a judicial murder. The crime of Bhutto was to rebuild Pakistan and boost the morale of the depressed and dejected Pakistan Army after its defeat in former East Pakistan and taking of more than 95,000 prisoners of war by enemy India. One had million differences with late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto but his contributions for rebuilding Pakistan had no match in the modern history. Politically, he might have committed millions of blunders, but he served the country and its people with complete devotion. The prime pledge of late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was to remake Pakistan Army as the ‘finest fighting machine’ in Asia and the promise he fulfilled and help Pakistan Army to build the nuclear arsenal or he made Pakistan a nuclear power. Despite all these things, the security establishment hated Bhutto and his entire family for obvious reasons that Bhutto and his sons and daughters were not reliable ‘conformists’. That is why most of the members of family met with violent death raising fingers on the security establishment by close family friends of Bhuttos. Today, the death anniversary of late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto is being observed in Pakistan and the PPP workers and leaders will hold meetings and seminars paying homage to their leader. At the same time, the Supreme Court had stopped or delayed hearing the Bhutto murder case, in a review petition filed by the President of Pakistan. The entire nation had viewed with concern this inordinate delay in reopening the Bhutto execution case with the sole purpose to rehabilitate his tarnished image as murderer. It was a concocted case and wrongly implicated Bhutto by late General Ziaul Haq for political reasons and he used the superior judiciary in manipulating evidence and putting pressure on judges to execute Bhutto. It was a condemnable act on the part of the superior judiciary and to this date, the superior judiciary is unable to re-polish its image as an independent institution defending constitution and supremacy of law. The Supreme Court should take up the case and reopen the proceeding in Bhutto murder case so that a new judgement should replace the old one in the interest of justice only.
